  1. Returns and Exchanges

We accept returns within 5 calendar days of delivery.  Products must be unopened, unused, and in original packaging unless defective or damaged.  Opened bottles are not eligible for return for safety reasons.  Please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos and details.  We will replace Products if they are defective or damaged on arrival.  Please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos and details.  Final-sale items and opened dietary supplements (unless defective) are non-refundable.  To request a return, email us at info@lunialife.com with your order number. We will provide return instructions, including where to ship the item.

  1. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection.  Approved refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.  Refunds generally exclude original shipping charges, unless the return is due to our error.

  1. Incorrect Address or Unclaimed Packages

If a package is returned due to incorrect address or non-pickup, we will refund the product price (excluding shipping) once the package is received.

For California residents: Some supplements or packaging may contain chemicals known to the State of California to cause cancer, birth defects, or other reproductive harm. Where applicable, warnings will be provided on the Product label or at checkout.
