  1. Introduction

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website www.lunialife.com (the

“Site”) and the purchase of Lunia Life™ products (the “Products”).  By using our Site or purchasing our

Products, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the Site or purchase the Products.

  1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use this Site or purchase Products.

  1. Products and Medical Disclaimer

Lunia Life™ supplements are dietary supplements only.  They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.  Statements on this Site have not been evaluated by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA).  Information on this Site is provided for general wellness and educational purposes only and does not constitute medical advice. Always consult your physician before beginning any new supplement.

  1. Shopify as Service Provider

Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc., which provides us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our Products.  Your data is processed and stored through Shopify’s systems, governed by Shopify’s own Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.  By using this Site, you also agree to Shopify’s terms.   1. Orders and Payments

Prices are listed in U.S. dollars and may change without notice.  We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason.  Payment must be completed at checkout using the methods available through Shopify’s payment processing systems.

  1. Shipping and Delivery

We ship within the United States (and internationally where noted).  Delivery times provided at checkout are estimates and not guarantees.  Risk of loss passes to you once the order is handed to the carrier.  If we offer international shipping, you are responsible for compliance with local import laws and for paying any applicable duties and taxes.  You agree not to export Products in violation of U.S. export laws.

  1. Returns and Refunds

Our return and refund practices are outlined in our Refund Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms.

  1. Intellectual Property

Lunia Life™ is a trademark of Perlka Inc. (registration pending).  All Site content, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is owned by Perlka Inc. or its licensors.  You may not copy, distribute, reproduce, or exploit any part of the Site without our prior written permission.

  1. Prohibited Uses and User Content and Feedback

You agree not to use the Site for unlawful purposes, attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, interfere with security features of the Site, use any scraper, bot, or automated tool without our written consent, resell or export Products without our prior written permission, submit false, misleading, or unsubstantiated product reviews or health claims. By purchasing from our Site, you agree that the Products are for personal, non-commercial use only.  If you submit reviews, comments, or other content, you grant Perlka Inc. a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, and display such content for business and marketing purposes.  You represent that you own or control all rights in any content you submit.

  1. Electronic Communications

By using the Site, you consent to receive communications from us electronically, including order confirmations, notices, and updates.  These satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing.

  1. Warranty Disclaimers

EXCEPT AS EXPRESSLY PROVIDED IN THESE TERMS, THE SITE AND PRODUCTS ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.”  We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, as well as any warranties arising from course of dealing or trade usage.


  1. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, (i) Perlka Inc. is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the Site or Products, and (ii) our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the purchase price of the Product(s) giving rise to the claim.

  1. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Perlka Inc., its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including attorneys’ fees) arising from your misuse of the Site or Products or your violation of these Terms.

  1. Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events outside our reasonable control, including natural disasters,Acts of God, labor disputes, supply chain interruptions, transportation delays, government actions, or telecommunications failures.

  1. Governing Law

These Terms and any disputes related to the Site or Products shall be governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.  Exclusive jurisdiction and venue for any disputes shall lie in the state and federal courts located in Delaware.  You and Perlka Inc. waive any right to a trial by jury in any legal proceeding arising out of or related to these Terms.

  1. Assignment, Severability, Entire Agreement

Perlka Inc. may assign these Terms without restriction. You may not assign them without our prior written consent.  If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force.  These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Refund Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Perlka Inc. regarding the Site and Products.

  1. Changes to Terms

We may revise these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised “Effective Date.”  Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
